Je suis la fondatrice du Spa Ma Maison Zen, un espace dédié au bien-être situé en Provence, dans le sud de la France, où j'accueille mes clients et forme des praticiens en
massage bien-être.
Mon travail associe le massage, les soins aquatiques, le mouvement et une approche holistique afin d'aider chacun à se reconnecter à son corps. J'aime explorer des techniques qui allient précision, créativité et liberté de mouvement, tout en respectant les rythmes naturels du corps.
La transmission est devenue une évidence dans mon parcours. J'aime accompagner les praticiens pour les aider à gagner en confiance, affiner leur toucher et découvrir de nouvelles façons d'aborder leur pratique.
Je suis très heureuse de rejoindre l'équipe Sarga et impatiente de proposer les formations Sarga Silk dans le sud de la France, afin de partager cette magnifique méthode avec des praticiens venus de tous horizons.

I'm the founder of Spa Ma Maison Zen, a holistic wellness center in Provence, in the south of France, where I welcome clients and train wellness practitioners.
My work combines massage, aquatic bodywork, movement, and holistic approaches to help people reconnect with their bodies. I enjoy exploring different techniques that bring together precision, creativity, and freedom of movement, while always respecting the body's natural rhythms.
Teaching has become a natural extension of my practice, and I love helping practitioners build confidence, refine their touch, and discover new ways of working.
I'm truly honored to join the Sarga education team, and I'm excited to offer Sarga Silk trainings in the South of France, sharing this beautiful method with practitioners from around the world.
