In 2011, I graduated with honors from the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy after completing over 600 hours of hands-on training. For 15 years, I’ve been grateful to work with a diverse range of clients and continually grow as a massage therapist. I believe in working with the body, combining therapeutic, targeted techniques with deeply relaxing work to support overall balance. Through ongoing education, I strive to create thoughtful, personalized sessions that leave each client feeling heard, cared for, and renewed- and never a cookie-cutter massage!
