Sara has been practicing massage since 2005. While living in California, her time competing in beach volleyball led her to opportunities to work with Olympic athletes and NBA players in her own practice, as well as seven years at a coastal luxury resort spa before moving to Colorado in 2020. Sara incorporates cupping, hot stones, stretching, structural deep tissue, and now Sarga into her sessions while placing intention on calming the nervous system to renew the body and mind.
